Refund Policy

1. Program Bookings

Payments made for confirmed programs, workshops, or consultancy sessions are generally non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

2. Rescheduling

In certain cases, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date depending on availability and prior notice.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

If a program or event is cancelled by ROCKYS STUDIO, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule to another available date.

4. No Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session or program without prior notice, the booking will be considered non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
